RC 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the RC 777 platform, including the website at rc777.bar, the RC 777 mobile application and any related services. By accessing or using any part of the RC 777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

RC 777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All services are provided for entertainment purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in your location before using the platform. RC 777 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

Where there is any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with RC 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address.
• You must not already hold an active account with RC 777. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at RC 777's discretion.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise your location or identity during registration or while using the platform.

RC 777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RC 777 account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. RC 777 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. If you allow another person to access your account, you remain fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account during that period, including any bets placed and any deposits or withdrawal requests made.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact RC 777 support immediately. RC 777 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of the investigation.

• Never share your password via chat, email or phone with anyone claiming to represent RC 777 — our support team will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Update your password regularly and immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your RC 777 account are processed in PKR. RC 777 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards and selected mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and RC 777 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

Deposits made using a payment method must be from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account not belonging to you — are not permitted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit.
• RC 777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your RC 777 balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact RC 777 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your RC 777 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. RC 777 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including identity documents or proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers are typically faster than bank transfers. VIP members from Silver tier and above are placed in a priority withdrawal queue, with Diamond tier members receiving instant priority processing regardless of request timing.

• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may require additional verification steps.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the relevant rollover conditions have been met in full.
• RC 777 reserves the right to apply a reasonable processing window during periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to payment processor issues will be returned to your RC 777 balance promptly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RC 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or betting markets, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.

General rules that apply to all RC 777 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the bonus period.
• Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino bets, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slot games.
• RC 777 reserves the right to cancel or modify a bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of misuse, exploitation of a technical error or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. RC 777 may at its discretion decline to offer a bonus to any player or restrict a player's access to promotional offers.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed at RC 777 are subject to the following general rules. These rules apply to all sports markets including cricket, football and esports. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — are settled according to official results declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable.

• All bets are final once confirmed. RC 777 does not accept cancellation requests for bets already placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.
• If a match is interrupted and later resumed within 24 hours of the scheduled start, bets will stand. If resumed after 24 hours, bets may be voided at RC 777's discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error — will be voided. RC 777 will not honour bets placed on manifestly erroneous odds.
• Live betting markets are updated in real time. RC 777 reserves the right to suspend or close a live market at any point if the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market and player account tier. VIP members may be eligible for higher bet limits upon request.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, slot games, live casino tables and bingo rooms at RC 777 use certified random number generation (RNG) or are operated by live dealers via verified streaming technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by RC 777, individual player accounts or any external party.

• Technical faults or disconnections during a casino game session will be handled according to the game provider's rules. Incomplete rounds may be voided and stakes returned depending on the point at which the disconnection occurred.
• If a game displays an incorrect balance or pays out an erroneous amount due to a software malfunction, RC 777 reserves the right to correct the error. Any winnings paid out as a result of a confirmed technical fault may be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and vary by table or game title. These are displayed within each game interface.
• Bingo rooms operate on fixed schedules. Tickets purchased for a bingo session are non-refundable once the session has started. Unused tickets for a cancelled session will be refunded to your RC 777 balance.

9. VIP Programme

The RC 777 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers placed across sports betting, casino games, slots and bingo. The points required to reach and maintain each tier are set by RC 777 and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level required for your tier during a review period may result in a tier downgrade.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal queue priority, dedicated account managers and exclusive bonus offers — are specific to each tier and may change as the programme evolves.
• Loyalty points earned through bonus wagering may be counted at a reduced rate or not at all, depending on the specific bonus terms.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the registered account holder.
• RC 777 reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP programme entirely if their account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the RC 777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the RC 777 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to RC 777 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through the RC 777 platform or using the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Accessing the RC 777 platform using a VPN, proxy or anonymising service to circumvent restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing RC 777 staff or other players through any channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the RC 777 platform — including but not limited to the RC 777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of RC 777 or its licensed partners and suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the RC 777 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from RC 777.

12. Limitation of Liability

RC 777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While RC 777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical faults at all times.

• RC 777 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, or third-party payment processor delays beyond RC 777's reasonable control.
• RC 777 is not responsible for any loss of profit, indirect loss or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• In all cases, RC 777's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the incident.

16. Governing Rules

No verbal or informal agreements made outside of these written Terms carry any legal weight.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. RC 777's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of RC 777's right to enforce that provision in the future.
